Prosper Water Response
Our Process
Know the destination, the pickup boundaries and the decision you are making.
Our Process
A defined request.
An informed next step.
Keep the collection discussion tied to the rooms and the person who can approve the work.
See the process- 01
Place the request
Provide the full address, ZIP and affected-room details. Ask about current contractor availability and the assessment arrangement.
- 02
Define the pickup
Explain connected spaces, floor finishes and contents restrictions. Review collection boundaries, equipment time and the proposed charge.
- 03
Authorize the scope
Confirm the receiving business, exclusions and payment terms. Agree who approves entry, work and any change identified during assessment.
- 04
Review the handover
Discuss remaining moisture and available records. Ask for the purpose and cost of further checks, equipment or visits before agreeing.
Leave uncertain details open.
Describe visible water, affected surfaces and known source or discovery details without guessing. Explain the entrance and contents restrictions so the contractor can discuss the assessment.
Review changes before approval.
Ask about the proposed work beside the charge. Confirm who can authorize collection, entry and payment, then discuss how a different scope would be presented.
Make the handover useful.
Ask what records can be provided and what moisture remains. Review the reason, scope and added charge of a further recommendation separately.
